We sell car parts, electrical upgrades, and automotive accessories in Australia. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information about our products, including pricing, availability, and specifications.

However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

2. Orders and Payments

Placing Orders: By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms.
Payment: We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna & Afterpay. Payments must be processed successfully before your order is confirmed.
Order Confirmation: We will send you an email confirming your order. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or stock shortages.
Risk: Products are your responsibility once delivered. Ownership transfers to you once full payment is received and the product is delivered.

4. Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns for products that are faulty, defective, or not as described.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or compatibility issues.
If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, you must contact us at revmatcheng@gmail.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may require photos or further information before approving a return.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Note: Consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) may still apply and cannot be excluded.

Certain products sold by us are marked as “Track Use Only”, “Off-Road Use Only”, or similar. These products are not designed or approved for use on public roads in Australia.

By purchasing these products, you agree that:

– You are solely responsible for verifying compatibility with your vehicle and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
